WOW!!!This is really impressive. I love her expression, which holds many overloaded feelings although she still stays calm & smiles.
Everything's good, but her hand is a little too big for her arm. Sorry (^^")

Oh and the heart.... Before anything, I truly don't know if I should say this because I'm not sure if I correctly got the perspective of the heart, but.... Well I guess that the right heart is facing her palm, which means the left heart is shown;And i think it was well drawn!

Next is the shading. First, I see that you put a lot of effort on her hair, It's nice! Since im really bad at shading this is really awesome!(Pardon me, I'm not good with explanation.)But the rest are good just as the drawing.You make it look great!
